Schedule your consultation for just $20! When you schedule a consultation with us, you’ll meet an encouraging team that is dedicated to helping you get started on your health journey! Our consultants’ goal is to present you with all the services and benefits 30/10 has to offer so that you have all the tools you need to lose weight and improve your health! Your consultation will include a full-body composition analysis, a meeting with one of our consultants, and a discussion on your goals so we can create your personalized program to help you lose weight! 

You will have all your questions answered during an in-person or virtual consultation! Depending on your preferences, you can visit one of our offices in Washington & Arizona, or meet with a consultant via Zoom to find out more about the 30/10 program!

Stepping on our medical-grade scale allows us to show you exactly how much weight you will need to lose to achieve a healthy body composition and qualify for our free-for-life maintenance. The amount of weight you need to lose is based on what is healthy for YOU, by looking at your muscle mass, body fat mass and your metabolism. This ensures that we build a program that is customized to fit your needs and your body composition, no one else’s! 

30/10 has hundreds of different programs to fit your dietary needs and food preferences, including; pescetarian, vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free options & more! 

Throughout your consultation, you’ll learn more about what exactly your day will look like on program, the time it will take to lose the weight, and the pricing of your program!  Your consultant will build your program so your body will have the nutrition it needs to lose body fat and develop a plan that will make it easy and convenient to lose the weight!

In your consultation we will go over the different programs, including our Advantage and Complete tiers, to figure out which one will make you successful and go over your individualized program pricing. Our pricing is based on how much weight you would need to lose and how long it may take you to get to maintenance, which we are able to determine from your first weigh-in with us! We also have many convenient payment options, including the use of your HSA/FSA account to pay for the program! 

For $20, you can reserve your spot on our schedule, which gives you our undivided attention during your private consultation. We are confident that you will find a program that fits your lifestyle and suits your needs! If at the end of the consultation you feel like we’re not the right fit for you, we will refund your $20 consultation fee, no-strings-attached! That’s how confident we are that we can provide you with a program that will work for you! 

Once you meet with our consultant, have all your questions answered, and build your program, you can start losing weight with 30/10 the very same day!
