Zucchini Blueberry Muffins

Zucchini Blueberry Muffins

 3 30/10 Blueberry Pancake Packets

 1 cup Zucchini, shredded
 ½ tablespoon Cinnamon
 6 Egg Whites

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a muffin tin with spray olive oil.

In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients until there aren’t any clumps.

Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tins until they are about ½ way full.

Place in the oven for 12 minutes until muffins have risen and there isn’t any batter left on a toothpick when placed in the middle of the muffin.
