RECIPE SUMMARY

INGREDIENTS
8 leaves of Sage
1 clove Garlic, minced
4 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cups Zucchini Noodles
2 cups Kale, rough chop
Sea Salt to Taste
Black Pepper to Taste
DIRECTIONS

Heat a large pan over low heat, add in the olive oil, sage, and garlic then cook until just aromatic, 1-2 minutes.

Add in the kale and sauté for another 1-2 minutes or until the kale is bright green in color.

Toss in the zoodles and coated with the sauce, cook until heated through and season with salt and pepper to taste.
