Makes ½ Cup: Counts towards 1 tablespoon Oil

2 tablespoons Lemon Zest
2 tablespoons Lime Zest
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 ½ teaspoons All Spice
2 ½ teaspoons Pepper
2 teaspoons Sea Salt
6 to 7 Garlic Cloves, roughly chopped
2 ½ tablespoons Italian Herb Blend, dried
1 ½ tablespoons Basil, dried

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and stir; cover and refrigerate overnight before using.
