Zesty Citrus Vinaigrette
Makes 16 Servings: Counts towards 1 tablespoon Oil
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Avocado Oil
½ cup of Water
3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1½ teaspoons Allspice
2 ½ teaspoons Garlic Pepper
2 teaspoons Sea Salt
6 to 7 Garlic Cloves, roughly chopped
2 ½ tablespoons Dried Italian Herb Blend
1 ½ tablespoons Dried Basil
2 Lemons, juice and zest
2 Limes, juice and zest

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
