Vegetable Tray with Ranch Dip

Makes 2 Servings: Counts towards 2 cups Vegetables, ½ tablespoon Oil

 

INGREDIENTS

 ¼ cup Walden Farms Amazin’ Mayo
 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
 ¼ tablespoon White Onions, finely chopped
 ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
 ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
 2 teaspoons Dried Dill
 ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
 1 cup Broccoli
 1 cup Celery
 1 cup Carrots
 1 cup Celery

 

DIRECTIONS

Apart from vegetables, mix all the ingredients together to make a dip.

Chop all the vegetables and place on a tray, with dip on the side.
