Heat a pan over medium high heat, and add in the Vegetable Stock, mushrooms, garlic powder, thyme and sage. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft.
Use a spoon to remove the cooked mushrooms from the pan, place them in a small bowl. Pour the remaining liquid into a blender and add half the mushrooms, pulse until a puree forms.
Pour the pureed mushrooms back into the pan and add back in the remaining mushrooms and the Morning Star Chik’n Strips, cook until the Chik’n Strips are heated through.
Add in zucchini noodles and sauté until coated in the sauce and just heated through.
