Tuscan Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

 2 Personal Servings Pork Chops, fat trimmed off
 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 5 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
 ½ cup Walden Farms Tomato Basil Sauce
 1 cup Onion, diced
 3 cups Asparagus, chopped
 2 teaspoons Oregano
 1 teaspoon Sage
 1 teaspoon Basil
 6 Sprigs of Thyme

 

DIRECTIONS

Heat the olive oil in a large sauce pan over high heat; add the pork chops and brown on each side, about 2 minutes.

Reduce the heat to medium low and add the onions.

Stir the onions and flip the pork chops. Add the tomato sauce, garlic, and spices to the pan and simmer for about 8 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through.

Add the asparagus and cook for another 2 to 5 minutes, or until tender.
