Turnip Hashbrowns
Makes 1 Serving: Counts towards 1 cup Vegetables, 1½ tablespoons Oil
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Turnips, cubed
1½ tablespoons Olive or Coconut oil
1½ teaspoons Italian Seasoning
¾ teaspoon Sea Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
¾ teaspoon Dry Mustard
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon Onion Powder

Mix all dry ingredients together in small container.

Heat a ¼ Tablespoon of the oil on medium high heat in a skillet.

In mixing bowl, place the cubed turnips, remaining oil, and dry seasonings and stir until evenly coated; add to the heated pan and reduce the heat; cook for 5 to 8 minutes until texture is to liking.
