Combine the zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, cauliflower, garlic and seasonings in a food processor and blend until well chopped and move contents to a large bowl; add the ground turkey and mix thoroughly with hands.
Form 2” meatballs and place on a nonstick baking sheet; bake for about 25 minutes, until completely cooked.
