Turkey Breast with Cranberry Sauce

Heat oven to 425°F.
In a small bowl, mix dry ingredients with seasonings, holding the stevia.
Place the turkey breast on a baking sheet and rub with the seasoning mixture. Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
After about 20 minutes of the turkey breast cooking, heat the cranberry sauce and packet of stevia over medium low heat in a small pot until it becomes a sauce-like texture.
Once the turkey breast is done, place on a serving platter and let rest for 8 minutes. Thinly slice the breast and drizzle the cranberry sauce over the top and garnish with the green onions.
