Thanksgiving Brine
INGREDIENTS
3 cups of Water
6 to 8 Tablespoons Sea Salt
1 tablespoon Stevia
2 tablespoons Peppercorn
1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
6 Bay Leaves
½ Head of Garlic
4 Rosemary Sprigs
DIRECTIONS

Bring 1 cup of water to a low boil and add salt, stevia, peppercorn, red pepper flakes and bay leaves. Boil until salt and stevia are dissolved; add in 2 cups of cold water, garlic, and rosemary.

Let the water chill, then add the turkey breast or pork loin and let brine for 2 to 3 days.
