Tangy Kale Chips

Another Delicious 30/10 Recipe

RECIPE SUMMARY

 

Tangy Kale Chips

Makes 2 servings:  Each Serving Counts towards 2 cups of vegetables, 1 tablespoon of Oil

 

INGREDIENTS

 4 cups of Kale, torn into bite sized pieces
 2 tablespoon Avocado Oil
 ½ tablespoon Lemon Juice
 ½ teaspoon Cumin
 ½ teaspoon Paprika
 ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
 ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
 Black Pepper to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350ºF, and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl combine together all the ingredients except the kale.

Place the kale in a large bowl and drizzle the oil mix over the top, use hands evenly coat each kale leaf, massaging the sauce into the leaves.

Lay flat on a baking sheet and cooking for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes , check the kale every minute or two until the desired crunch is reached. These burn fast so keep an eye on them.
