Sweet Mustard Salmon with Green Beans

Position the rack to the center of the oven and preheat to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, mustard, pancake syrup, red pepper flakes and minced garlic for marinade.
Lay the salmon fillets on one side of the baking sheet and spread half the sauce you made on the tops with the back of a spoon. Allow the salmon to marinate for anywhere between 10 to 30 minutes.
In the bowl with the remaining sauce, toss the green beans until evenly coated; arrange the beans on the baking sheet on the opposite side of the salmon.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 14 to 18 minutes until cooked through.
