Sweet Balsamic Flank Steak

Place the flank steak in a Ziploc bag and set aside.
Whisk all of the remaining ingredients together and pour over flank steak.
Squeeze out the excess air and tightly seal the bag; place in the refrigerator and let it marinate it overnight.
When you’re ready to cook, separate the steak from the marinade.
Cook the steak on a grill, in a grill pan, or in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness; this might vary based on the thickness of your steak. Cooking it well done will result in a tough steak. Once the desired doneness is achieved, remove it from the grill and place on a cutting board to rest and to redistribute the juices.
