Heat the beef broth and water in a pan on medium heat. Add in the onions, radishes and steak.
Cover and cook on low to medium heat until the onions are translucent and the radishes and meat are cooked through. (Add more water if necessary.)
Uncover, turn up the heat and bring to a boil until the froth disappears; stirring frequently. Add Salt and Pepper.
