RECIPE SUMMARY
Steak and Onion Kabobs
Makes 4 Servings: Counts towards ½ cup Vegetables, 1 Serving Meat
INGREDIENTS
1½ lbs. Steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
½ cup Onions, sliced large
1 cup Tamari
3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Rosemary
DIRECTIONS

To make marinade, mix together the tamari, garlic, and pepper.

Alternate steak and onions on skewers and place in marinade for at least one hour.

Heat the grill to 500°F or high heat. When ready to grill, sprinkle the rosemary over steak and onions.

Grill for 20 minutes or until the meat is just pink on the inside.
