2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
Pinch of Lemon Zest
1 cup Spinach, chopped
2 tablespoons Egg Whites
Salt & Pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons Reduced Fat Feta
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients until thoroughly combined. Grab a small handful of turkey mixture and form a ball; place onto the baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 165°F.
