INGREDIENTS
2 cups Korean White or Daikon Radish, peeled and diced
1½ tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1 Stevia Packet
½ teaspoon Chili Flakes
1 Clove of Garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

When ready to eat, stir the salad and drain any excess liquid before eating.
