 2 Personal Servings Tilapia Fillets
 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
 1 teaspoon Liquid Stevia Drops
 1 + ½ teaspoon Paprika
 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 ½ teaspoon Cumin
 ½ teaspoon Oregano
 ½ teaspoon Thyme
 ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Lime Slaw
 3 cups Mixed Cabbage, shredded
 ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, leaves only
 1 Lime, juiced
 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 Sea Salt, to taste
 ¼ cup Water, or as needed

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat a grill to medium heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime, and stevia and drizzle over both sides of the fillets; set a small amount aside.

Mix all of the dry spices together in a bowl and sprinkle evenly on both sides of the fillets.

In a mixing bowl, combine all of the slaw ingredients and mix well.

Drizzle the remaining oil mixture over the fillets one last time before grilling; grill the fish for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until just done, opaque, and flaky.

When the fish is done, serve with the slaw on cauliflower tortillas.
