Makes 2 Servings: Counts towards 1 Serving Meat, 1 tablespoon Oil

 

INGREDIENTS

 2 Personal Servings of Chicken Breast, cubed
 ½ tablespoon Dried Oregano
 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 Sea Salt, to taste
 Squeeze of Lemon Juice
 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

 

DIRECTIONS

In a Ziploc bag, combine the garlic powder, lemon juice, and olive oil; add the chicken and let marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

Soak some wooden skewers in water for 5 minutes. Skewer the chicken and grill over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Squeeze the lemon juice over the top and serve.
