Slow Cooker Beef Stew

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. Stew Beef
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 cups Imagine Organic Grass Fed Beef Broth
1 Jar Walden Farms Tomato Basil Sauce
½ cup Mixed Bell Peppers, chopped
½ cup Mushrooms, quartered
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 cup Turnip, chopped
1 cup Onion, chopped
4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Sea Salt
1 ½ Teaspoons Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Set a crockpot on low. Season the beef with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the beef, browning on all sides; transfer to the slow cooker.

Add the remaining ingredients to the crockpot and cover; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
