Sloppy Joe Sliders

INGREDIENTS

- 30/10 Products
 3 packets 30/10 Sloppy Joe
- Grocery List
 3 tablespoons Avocado Oil
 ¾ cup Onion, diced
 3 cloves Garlic, minced
 18 oz water
 3 Lettuce Leaves
Cloud Bread
 3 Eggs separated
 3 tablespoons Reduced Fat Feta Cheese

 

DIRECTIONS

For the cloud bread preheat the oven to 300ºF. Combine the egg yolks and feta using a food processor or immersion blender until smooth. In another bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture and dollop the batter onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake the cloud bread in the oven for 15-30 minute or until the cloud bread is lightly golden and fluffy.

Heat a pan over medium high heat and add in the avocado oil, diced onion, and garlic stir until fragrant and tender. Add in the 30/10 Sloppy Joe and water and stir. Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Place a dollop of sloppy joe on a cloud bun and top with lettuce and another cloud bun.

*This can be prepared ahead of time and stored separately until ready to eat within 3 days.
