Sesame Ginger Marinade

Add the water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add in the ginger and lemon peel, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and place in refrigerator to cool for about 45 minutes.
Remove marinade from the refrigerator and place in a bowl; add in rosemary, parsley, stevia, green onions, and sesame oil; set aside.
Marinate meat of choice for 8-10 hours.
*This marinade goes well with chicken, pork, fish, or vegetables.
