Seasoned Spinach Salad

INGREDIENTS
6 cups Spinach
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
Pepper, to taste

Warm the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the spinach, soy sauce, and garlic; cook until the spinach starts to wilt.

Remove the pan from heat and add in the vinegar and pepper; chill or eat warmed.
