Sea Salt & Vinegar Wings

Makes 2 to 3 Servings: Counts towards 1 Serving Meat, counts towards 1 tablespoon oil (for the skin)

 

INGREDIENTS

 1-1½ lbs. Chicken Wings
 1 cup Distilled White Vinegar
 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
 Additional Vinegar, to taste
 Additional Salt, to taste
 Spray Oil

 

DIRECTIONS

Combine vinegar, sea salt and garlic powder in a gallon size Ziploc bag; add the wings and marinate overnight.

Preheat your air fryer, about 5 minutes at 380ºF, or your oven to 400ºF; for the air fryer, spray the basket with oil. If you are using the oven, line a baking sheet with foil and spray with oil.

Cook wings in the air fryer 20-25 minutes or 25 to 35 minutes in the oven, until desired crispiness; season with salt to taste before serving.
