Combine vinegar, sea salt and garlic powder in a gallon size Ziploc bag; add the wings and marinate overnight.
Preheat your air fryer, about 5 minutes at 380ºF, or your oven to 400ºF; for the air fryer, spray the basket with oil. If you are using the oven, line a baking sheet with foil and spray with oil.
Cook wings in the air fryer 20-25 minutes or 25 to 35 minutes in the oven, until desired crispiness; season with salt to taste before serving.
