Rosemary Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
2 personal serving Pork Chops
2 cloves of Garlic
2 teaspoons dried Rosemary
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Sea Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS

Heat a pan over medium heat, add half the oil.

In a small bowl combine the garlic, rosemary remaining oil, sea salt and pepper.

Rinse the pork chops under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Coat the pork shop with the oil mix and place it in the hot pan, cook for 4-5 minutes per side.

Remove from the pan and serve.
