Roasted Asparagus with Lemon

2 cups Asparagus (1 Bundle), trimmed
1½ cups Button Mushrooms, quartered
½ cup Red Onion, chopped
2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary, minced
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Lightly spray a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine vegetables and drizzle with olive and lemon juice.

Spread the vegetables in a single layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.

Roast in the oven until asparagus is tender, about 15 minutes.
