Ranch Cauliflower “Popcorn”

INGREDIENTS

 2 cups Small Cauliflower Florets
 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 ¼ teaspoon Onion powder
 ¼ teaspoon Sea salt
 ¼ teaspoon Olive oil
 ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
 ½ teaspoon Dried Dill
 ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400°F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the seasonings; set aside.

In a medium bowl, toss the cauliflower in the olive oil.

Sprinkle the seasoning over the cauliflower and toss to evenly coat.

Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is browned and slightly crispy; stir halfway through.
