30/10 Product:
 1 30/10 Vanilla Shaker Bottle, 30/10 Meal Replacement, or 30/10 Shake/Pudding
Grocery List:
 3 tablespoons Cinnamon
 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
 2 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
 1½ teaspoons Ground Allspice
 1½ teaspoons Ground Clove
 6-8 oz. Water
 1 oz. Almond or Cashew Milk
 1 tablespoon Walden Farms Maple Walnut Pancake Syrup
 5-7 Pumpkin Spice Stevia Drops
 Ice, to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

To make the pumpkin spice mix, combine the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves in a small dish, store in an airtight container and set aside.

In a blender, blend all the remaining ingredients and ¼ teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Mix.
