Pumpkin Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

30/10 Product
 1 packet Vanilla Shake/Pudding
 1 Cinnamon Vanilla Cereal Packet
Cheesecake
 4-6 oz. Water
 1 tablespoon Walden Farms Caramel Sauce
 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Pumpkin Spice Mix
 3 tablespoons Cinnamon
 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
 2 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
 1½ teaspoons Ground Allspice
 1½ teaspoons Ground Clove

 

DIRECTIONS

In a food processor, pulse the cereal until fine.

Add the coconut oil to the processor and pulse a few more times.

Using your hands, press the cereal mixture into the bottom of two small ramekins.

Combine the Pumpkin Spice mix ingredients together in a small bowl, store excess in an airtight container.

Stir together the pudding packet, ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice mix, and water until desired thickness; pour the mixture into the ramekin and freeze until firm. Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve.
