 1 Personal Serving Ground Beef
 1½ tablespoons Shallot, minced
 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
 ½ teaspoon Liquid Smoke
 2 tablespoons Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
 ¼ cup Spinach, roughly chopped
 ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
 ¼ teaspoon Celery Salt
 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
 2-4 leaves of Lettuce
Aioli
 2 tablespoons Walden Farms Amazin’ Mayo
 ½ tablespoon Garlic, minced
 ½ tablespoon Onion, minced
 ½ tablespoon Lemon Juice
 Sea Salt, to taste
 Black Pepper, to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375°F or the grill to 400°F.

In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef and the remaining fixings except the lettuce; mash together and form a patty; set aside until the cooking surface of choice is heated and ready. If you prefer to use the stovetop, heat a skillet over medium high heat and reduce to medium before adding patty.

In a small bowl, mix together the aioli ingredients and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Cook the patty 3 to 5 minutes per side, until cooked to desired doneness; place it on a lettuce leaf and top it with the garlic aioli and enjoy!
