INGREDIENTS
1 cup Turnip, cubed
¼ cup Yellow Onion, diced
¾ cup Red and Green Bell Pepper Mixed, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the turnip. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes until soft and browned.

Add yellow onion, parsley, and red and green bell pepper mixture to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Lightly season with sea salt and pepper.
