In a Ziploc bag, combine all the ingredients to make a marinade; add the tenderloin and squeeze out excess air. Place the tenderloin in the refrigerator and let marinate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, turning occasionally to fully coat meat.
When ready to cook, remove from the fridge and preheat the oven to 400°F.
Heat a medium sized skillet over medium high heat. Sear each side of the tenderloin and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
