RECIPE SUMMARY
Pork & Collard Greens
Makes 1 Serving: Counts towards 1 Serving Meat, 2 cups Vegetables, 2 tablespoons Oil
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Collard Greens
1 Clove of Garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 to 2 tablespoons Water
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
1 Personal Serving Pork Chop
DIRECTIONS

Heat the oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 6 to 7 minutes per side; set aside.

Add the garlic and collard greens to the same pan and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.

While the greens are cooking, chop the pork and add back into the pan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
