INGREDIENTS

 ½ Head Red Cabbage
 1 Red Onion
 1½ Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
 1 cup Water
 2 to 3 Packets Stevia
 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
 1 teaspoon Thyme, ground or dried

 

DIRECTIONS

Using a mandolin shred the cabbage and onion; combine with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
