Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In another bowl combine the egg whites, almond milk, coconut oil, Walden Farms Peanut Spread and mix until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just mixed together.
Divide the batter into six sections and use a spoon to form balls and place them on the baking sheet.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool.
Top with Walden Farms Chocolate Dip or Chocolate sauce, if desired!
