1 tablespoon Onion Powder
1 Clove of Garlic, minced
3 Servings Lean Ground Beef
1½ tablespoons Curry Powder
1 teaspoon Sea Salt, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Ginger
1/8 teaspoon Turmeric
2 cups Tomatoes, diced
2 cups Turnips, diced small
2 cups Green Beans, cut into 1” pieces

Melt the oil in a large pan over medium heat; add the meat and spices, stirring well and cook the chicken all the way through.

Add the turnips, tomatoes, and green beans to the pan and bring to a simmering boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes or until the turnips are tender.
