Outback Steak Salad

INGREDIENTS

 1 Personal Serving Grilled Steak
 1/8 teaspoon Coriander
 ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
 ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
 ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
 1 teaspoon Paprika
 1/8 teaspoon Turmeric
 Sea Salt, to taste
 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
 ½ cup Green Bell Pepper, julienned
 ½ cup Red Bell Pepper, julienned
 ¼ cup Green Onion, sliced
 2 tablespoons Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
 ½ tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
 1 Clove of Garlic, minced

 

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, and garlic to make a dressing; season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine all the spices together to create a rub for the steak. Season the steak with the rub and grill on medium-high heat until desired doneness and slice.

In a large bowl, build your salad by adding the romaine and layering the peppers, onions, sliced steak and topping with the feta cheese. Serve with the dressing on the side.
