Combine the tamari, vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and stevia drops in a small bowl and whisk together.
Add remaining tablespoon of sesame oil to a hot pan and then add the package of ground chicken. Cook all the way through until no longer pink.
Pour the sauce over the top of the chicken and simmer until reduced by half.
Season with salt and pepper to your desired liking and enjoy!
