Mustard Vinaigrette Tofu

with Asparagus

INGREDIENTS

 

 2 Personal Servings Extra Firm Tofu
 ¼ cup Yellow Mustard
 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
 3 cups Asparagus

 

DIRECTIONS

Press tofu between two paper towels to remove excess water.

Brush the tofu with vinegar, and then the mustard, on both sides and then season with salt and pepper.

Grill asparagus and tofu on medium heat until grill marks appear, about 5-10 minutes, flip, and repeat.
