Mustard Crusted Pork Tenderloin

In a Ziploc bag, combine the olive oil, pancake syrup, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Add pork tenderloin to the bag and squeeze to remove excess air from the bag.
Marinate the pork for 4 hours or overnight, turning the bag occasionally to ensure all meat is coated in the marinade.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Heat a medium skillet on high and add the tenderloin; sear both sides and then transfer to a roasting pan, baking for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature is 145°F.
