1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
½ tablespoon fresh Ginger, minced
½ tablespoon Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Tamari
½ tablespoon Rice Vinegar
2 sprigs Green Onion, cut into 1" thick pieces
DIRECTIONS

In a saute pan heat avocado oil over medium heat.

Add ginger and garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Slowly pour in tamari and rice vinegar and stir together, then add in the green onion and simmer for about 1 minute.

Place beyond chicken in the pan and cook until warmed through.
