Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry

Cut flank steak against the grain (the grain is the length of the steak) into long strips.
In a sauté pan, heat avocado oil over medium heat.
Add ginger and garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Slowly pour in tamari and rice vinegar and stir together. Then add in the chopped green onions and simmer for about 1 minute.
Place sliced flank steak in the pan so that each piece is not overlapping. Cook on each side for about 1 minute for a medium done steak.
