1 Medium Head of Cauliflower, cut into small florets and steamed
1 medium Celery Root, peeled, cut into 1 inch pieces, and steamed
5 to 6 Cloves of Garlic
3 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1½ teaspoons Sea Salt
Pepper, to taste

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth; careful not to over blend.
