Marinated Flank Steak

Another Delicious 30/10 Recipe

RECIPE SUMMARY

Marinated Flank Steak

Makes 5 Servings: Counts towards 1 tablespoon Oil

INGREDIENTS

1/3 Cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce
 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
 3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
1 tablespoon Walden Farms Balsamic Vinegar
 1½ lbs. Flank Steak
 Pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

1

Place the flank steak in a Ziploc bag.

2

In a bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients to make a marinade; pour over the flank steak, seal the bag, and put in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.

3

When ready to cook, remove the steak from the bag and set aside the marinade. Heat a grill or grill pan on medium high heat, grilling the steak for 3 to 4 minutes per side until the internal temperature registers 120°F to 125°F for medium-rare. Once done, remove from the grill and place on a cutting board and let rest to redistribute juices.

4

While the steak rests, heat the marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil and reduce; drizzle over the top of the flank steak.
