Marinated Flank Skewer

In a bowl, combine the cubed steak, tamari, sesame oil, mustard, garlic, and ginger. Marinate for 30 to 60 minutes; in the meantime, soak the skewers.
Preheat the oven or grill to 425°F.
Take a skewer and layer with a steak cube and onion, repeating until the skewer is full. Repeat until all the steak and onion is used. Once all the skewers are assembled, season with sea salt and black pepper.
If using the oven, place the skewers on a cookie sheet. Otherwise, place skewers directly on the grill.
Cook the skewers for 15 to 20 minutes, or until desired doneness of the steak is achieved.
