Maple Walnut Roasted Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS

 2 cup Brussel Sprouts, quartered
 2 tablespoons Walnut Oil
 2 tablespoons Walden Farms Maple Walnut Pancake Syrup
 ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
 Sea Salt, to taste
 Black Pepper, to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Trim the stem off of the Brussel sprouts and cut into quarters.

In a bowl, combine the oil, syrup, cinnamon, salt and pepper; toss the Brussel sprouts in the oil mixture to coat and spread in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the sprouts for 40 to 45 minutes; until tender and are the desired crispiness; season with additional salt and pepper, to taste.
