RECIPE SUMMARY
Maple Walnut Glazed Carrots
Makes 2 servings: Counts towards 1 cup of restricted vegetables, ½ tablespoon of oil
INGREDIENTS
4 Medium Carrots (about 2 cups)
1 tablespoon Walden Farms Maple Walnut Syrup
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
Black Pepper to Taste
DIRECTIONS

Heat the oven to 375ºF.

Wash and peel the carrots and rough chop into ½ inch pieces. Place in a medium bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir to evenly coat all the carrot pieces with the seasonings.

Pour the carrots out onto a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until carrots are fully cooked.
