2 tablespoons Olive Oil
¼ cup Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Red Pepper Flakes, to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil and pancake syrup; baste each fillet in the mixture.

Sprinkle the fillets with salt, pepper and chili flakes as desired. Place on a foil lined baking, bake in the oven for 12 to 16 minutes or until cooked through.
